Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

We would like our guests to check-in at about 2pm and check-out no later than 10am. Please advise our Reception if early/later arrival/departure is required.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes. Santa Anne By the Sea reserve the right to require a security bond upon check-in. Credit Card Pre-Authorisation is recommended.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes. If after hours check-in is required. Please advise our reception.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

We would not recommend guests to have a late check-out due to the housekeeping schedules.

If late check out is required, please make arrangement with Reception.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

You will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price in the 30 days before arrival.

You may cancel the booking free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If you don't show up you will be charged the total price. 

Q: What are the reception hours?

The reception hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday; 9:30am to 11:00am Saturday andSunday. The reception will be closed on public holidays.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes. Come to the reception if you need to book any theme park tickets or any other activities. Please note the fees of printing tickets may be required.

Q: Do we accept Schoolies bookings?

This property does not accept 'Schoolies' bookings. The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire “schoolies” period.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes. Free WiFi access is available in every apartment as well as in common areas.

Q: What facilities do you have?

All the apartments in Santa Anne By the Sea are self-contained with air conditioning, kitchen, laundry, etc. If outdoor activities are preferred, there's heated pool & spa to relax yourself. Don't want to cook in the apartment? No problems there's a BBQ facility near pool & spa for you.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes. A secured underground car parking will be provided.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes. All linen will be freshly provided, extras such as beach towels can be hired at reception.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

A room service cleaning will be provided if you are staying more than 7 nights at Santa Anne By the Sea and every 7 night for following stay.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

Santa Anne By the Sea in located in the centre of Broadbeach and only 10 minutes driving distance to Surfers Paradise.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes. Tram Station and Bus Stops are only a few minutes walking distance. Express buses to theme parks are available.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

This is where you can see how great it is to stay with Santa Anne By the Sea!! Kurrawa Beach and Broadbeach Oasis Shopping Centre are only 3min walking distance; furthermore, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Jupiters Hotel & Casino, Convention Centre are ALL about 7mins walking distance.
